How do I change or cancel my order?

Please contact the LungiWala Customer Service Team at +91-988-364-0574 immediately if you need to change or cancel your order. Please, we advised that some orders are shipped very soon after placement, and it may not always be possible to cancel.

What does 100*100, 80*80, 60*60 count means under Thread count section?

It is the number of thread that are used to fill in One Square Inch of cloth. So 100 by 100 means that 100 thread are length and breath wise in 1 sq. inch and so on.

Can I order a product that is 'Out of Stock'?

Unfortunately, products listed as ‘Out of Stock’ are not available for sale.

How do I know my order has been confirmed?

You will receive an email containing the details of your order when we receives it and confirms the same. In this mail you will be provided with a unique Order ID, a listing of the item(s) you have ordered and the expected delivery time. You will also be notified when the we ships the item(s) to you. Shipping details will be provided with the respective tracking number(s).

Is it possible to get my order delivered Same/Next-Day?

Unfortunately, we do not deliver products on Same/Next-Day; but very soon we will launch it.

What is the status of my order?

After placing an order, you can view the order status 24 hours a day by simply clicking on the “My Account” link at the top left corner of every page of LungiWala.com. from there, you will be able to view information about your order. or you can directly go this Track Order page.

What should I do if I find my package opened or tampered with upon delivery?

LungiWala believes in making your shopping experience perfect. However, if you receive an open or a tampered package, please do not accept it. Report this concern by mailing us from contact page and write “Opened/Tampered Product” in the subject line and write the detail issue as soon as possible. We will look at it immediately and get back to you.

Are there any hidden charges when I make a purchase on LungiWala?

There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase on LungiWala. The prices listed for all the items are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you have to pay. Delivery charges are extra. The Rs.30 delivery charge is waived off on orders worth Rs.500 and over.

Do you charge GST on any item?

Yes, we do charge 5% GST (2.5% C.G.S.T + 2.5% S.G.S.T) from 1st July 2017 on all of our product; and all the prices are inclusive of GST.

Do You have EMI payment option?

No. At this time we does have EMI option.

Does LungiWala store my credit/debit card information?

No, we don’t store any card information but our payment gateway provider stores the first 6 and last 4 digits of your card number in a secure and encrypted manner. The first 6 digits (also known as the Bank Identification Number (BIN)) are used to identify the bank name and country where your card was issued. The first 6 and last 4 digits are together used for fraud detection and prevention purposes.

How do I place a Cash on Delivery (CoD) order?

Currently we don’t have Cash on Delivery (CoD) option for payment; but very soon we will be having CoD.

How can I write a review on a product?

You can write a product review with just 5 easy steps:

On any product page, scroll down and on the right-hand part of the screen, underneath the ‘Additional Information’, you will see a link titled ‘Reviews’.

Once you click on that link you will see, a text box, a rating section. Please fill in as much information as you’d like. You can also insert your name, where you live, your email address and other brands that you recommend.

Please feel free to just type in your review in the text box and select the star ratings.

Then, click on the green ‘Submit’ button.

Once you have submitted your review, it may take up to 24 hours for it to appear on the site.

What's Not Allowed?

Customer reviews should be relevant to the product in question. The product review section on lungiwala.com is for you to share your opinion on the product, and for other customers to research better.
LungiWala.com reserves the right to remove reviews that include any of the following:

  • Irrelevant review (Review consisting of a combination of random characters, random words, repeated content, reviews on another product.)
  • Service feedback, including availability, order or payment related queries (Please use the Contact us form for the same)
  • HTML embedded in text
  • References to other retailers
  • Pricing related comments
  • Personal information (Phone numbers, postal address, email address and others)
  • Profane comments
  • Inflammatory comments
  • Copyrighted comments
  • Plagiarized content. (Any content found elsewhere on the internet, even if you’re the original author.)
  • Promotional content
  • Reviews by or on behalf of a person or company with a financial interest in the product or a competitor’s product (reviews by authors, artists, publishers, manufacturers without disclosure)
  • Reviews written for any form of compensation
  • Reviews given using fake ids, irrelevant user email ids
  • Asking for helpful votes
  • Review in any language other than English & Hindi (unless there is a clear connection to the product, like a regional book or a regional music album)

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we do not deliver products internationally at this point in time. However, you can place your orders to India from any part of the world.

How long will it be before I receive my order?

For standard shipping, you should receive your order within 5-7 business days.

In which country you provide shipping?

We provide service only in India.

Do you have back orders?

No. We do not have back orders.

I tried to check out and the item in my shopping cart disappeared, what happened?

We are sorry that you were not able to complete your order.

The selection on lungiwala.com is live and reflects what is in stock at that moment. Placing an item in your shopping cart does not guarantee your right to purchase that item. Until you have completed the checkout process, another customer may purchase the item even if it is in your cart. If that happens, you will receive a message on the shopping cart page informing you that the item is no longer available and that you should remove it from your cart.

Is it necessary to have an account to shop on LungiWala?

You can shop on LungiWala by providing just your eMail ID. While it is not necessary to have an account to shop for and purchase items, it is Recommended that you create one. By creating your own LungiWala account, you can enjoy a personalized shopping experience, including recommendations, quicker checkout and a public wishlist. You will also be able to rate/review products.

Is the item I want going to go on sale soon?

Unfortunately, lungiwala.com does not know if an item will go on sale or be marked down until it actually happens.

It is possible for different colors within the same style to have different prices. For instance, if a XYZ lungi is selling better than a ABC one, one might discount the ABC lungi to boost sales.
